Following an appeal that exposed how the City wasn’t following the rule book that the City itself wrote, the City ruled that the City should follow the City’s rules. “It just doesn’t seem productive in any way whatsoever, for us to just make up new rules as we go,” said the City. “Also, if our Rules aren’t clear, or they aren’t achieving the goals of the City, we should probably figure out how make them easier on the Citizens we’re here to serve.” Staff intend to file an appeal.
