City Attorney Patiently Explains That Planning Dept. Doesn’t Regulate 1st Amendment

After being interrupted by Staff on the second slide of the Powerpoint presentation entitled Free Speech Protections for Satire under the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, the City’s outside counsel explained that just because a Staff member doesn’t personally like something or someone, it doesn’t allow them to exert authority they don’t have in an effort to stop it.
