Chagrined City Planners Admit They Installed Roundabout Upside-down
Staff admit that in their excitement to install a traffic circle like they’d seen in other cities, they had inverted the engineering plans and built the roundabout in conflict with the flow of vehicular traffic. The planners had previously designed a drive-thru coffee shop that required drivers to get out of their car and walk around to the passenger side to get their order.
