HARTFORD— The City’s ongoing commitment to alternative transportation has been seen throughout the City in 2024, with vehicular lanes reduced and bike lanes added wherever possible. The mysterious southbound middle-lane at the junction of I-89 and I-91 has now been painted to raise awareness among motorists of the dedicated bicycle lane.
